This Platform is exclusively for Toujours Authorised Wholesalers and customers* from selected Retailer.
Security of Account
1. To safeguard the security of the Platform and your Account, you agree to:
(a) keep your password confidential and use only your email address and password when logging in.
(b) ensure that you log out from your Account at the end of each session on the Platform;
(c) immediately notify us via email at email@example.com of any unauthorised use of your Account and password;
(d) ensure that your Account information is accurate and up-to-date;
(f) not use your Account in a manner or for any purposes which may detriment and jeopardise Toujours’ operation, interest, reputation or goodwill.
3. You hereby confirm that the credit/debit card used are yours or that you have been authorised by the owner of the card to use them.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others until it is checked out.
Payment can be made by FPX Online Payment (B2B / B2C), Local Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard), Foreign Credit Card, WeChat Pay, Maybank QR Pay, WeChat Pay QuickPay (MY), Kipple Wallet, AliPay, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and ShopeePay which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using KiplePay which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.
In addition, we will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Kindly be informed that the process and postage / collection of all orders are within 3 - 7 working days after payment is received (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays). Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out.
Note: We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes / courier services.
Return & Exchange policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed if the items received are defective or damaged. Only defective or damaged items that are in its original packaging can be returned/exchanged. Please take note that return/exchange will be made at your own cost. You can return your items within 7 days of receiving.
Refunds will be made if the stock balance is insufficient at Toujours warehouse. Please allow 3-7 working days for us to process the refund.
