Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items Only: Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product(s) you received are defective or damaged. We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon receipt.

Important Considerations

  • Final Sale: Once payment is confirmed, exchange requests cannot be accommodated due to inventory management. We strongly recommend verifying all product details, including specifications, before placing your order.

Return Process

  1. Condition of Returned Items: The defective or damaged product(s) must be:

    • Unused
    • In their original condition
    • With all original packaging, tags, or labels intact

  2. Time Frame: You must initiate the return within seven (7) working days from the date of receiving your order.

  3. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact us at info@toujours.com.my with your Order ID and product details. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.

  4. Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping for returning product(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Toujours will compensate these shipping costs in the form of Toujours Pass Points, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that Toujours is not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.

  5. Processing the Exchange: After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your exchange. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, you may choose to cancel the request or exchange it for another item of equal value. Any applicable postage will be compensated in the form of store credit.

Final Note

  • Non-Changeable Requests: Once your return or exchange request is confirmed, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Right to Refuse: Toujours reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the conditions outlined above are not met.
